Download amtlib.dll CS5 64bit

If you accidentally missed this file: amtlib.dll  in your 64-bit OS, or if you encounter this message when you open Adobe Photoshop after installation due to the non-existence of that file: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.

Download it here to restore the file, then replace it in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit).
